"Iwami Pork" is a brand of pork from Onan Town, Shimane Prefecture.
This pork is soft, has no strong porky smell, and has a slightly sweet, delicious fat.

These pigs are raised under strict hygiene management and in a breeding environment.
The water used for breeding is mineral-rich groundwater pumped from 120 meters underground, which is activated in an activator to reduce the molecular structure.
 

The town of Onan in Shimane Prefecture is located in a highland area deep in the mountains of Shimane and is famous for its water and rice.

Iwami Pork's feed is made up of corn and soybean meal with optimal amino acids and minerals, which helps to raise healthy pigs.

We select only lean red meat for your beloved pet and carefully dry it at low temperatures to create a thin cut.
